What We Do
- Our team of lawyers and real estate professionals provide real estate services to the University and its affiliate entities.
- We provide strategic planning, administration of WVU’s leasing and land transactions, and management of WVU’s commercial properties and its residential apartment communities, known as University Apartments.
- We offer guidance for compliance with policies and laws governing real property and real property transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions of real property by lease, purchase, sale, exchange, gift, easement, or other use agreements.
- We collaborate with University and community stakeholders to collect, analyze, distribute, and maintain all University real estate data and related information.
