Land Real Estate Contracting

Land Real Estate Contracting is the planning and processing assistance in the contracting of rights-of-way, rights of entry, license agreements, easements, mineral and gas contracts, and various other land real estate contracting issues relative to space owned by WVU or contracting that which is needed by WVU on neighboring space. This service is provided in conjunction with WVU Legal Counsel.
